OUR SERVICES
all you need to transform your interiors
DESIGN CONCEPT
After a first meeting, during which our lovely client expresses all his needs and we learn to know each other, we review and analyse the brief to come up with a design concept: inspirational ideas, mood boards, and development sketches allow us to support our design proposition.
SPACE PLANNING
Based on your brief, and the intended use of your space, we work on different zoning options to give your space the function you desire.
FULL DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS & COSTING
After approval of the design concept, we will develop the scheme into a full design specification : final presentations, sample boards, products specifications for finishes, furniture, lighting etc.
At this stage, a project budget is worked out, based on suppliers and contractors quotes and a temptative schedule is defined.
TECHNICAL DRAWINGS & 3D RENDERS
A full set of technical drawings is prepared by our team so there is no space for mistakes during execution stages: floor plans, furniture layout, lighting and AV plans, elevations.
We can work on 3D renders of the space to help you visualize the end result.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We assist you throughout the execution phase of your project. We liaise with suppliers and contractors, to ensure the materials and furniture are delivered to site when needed and to ensure the work is done as per plans, in the respect of budget and schedule. We do quality controls and assist you for the handover of the property, helping you to establish the snagging list with the contactor.
